Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If something has gone wrong, we want to know. Here is how to raise a complaint and, if you need to, push it further, all at no cost.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
Step 1 — Contact us
Email support@junglebet.co with your account name, the date things went wrong and the outcome you are after. We acknowledge every complaint within two business days.
Step 2 — Internal review
If our first reply does not settle things, ask us to hand it to a senior complaints officer. We aim to give you a final written answer, with our reasons, inside 14 days.
Step 3 — External resolution
Still not satisfied with that answer, or waiting on us past 45 days with no final response? You can take the matter, free of charge, to whichever body below fits.
Wagering and account complaints
If you believe we have broken the law, you can go to the regulator at any time, at no cost, without waiting for our process to run its course.
