Eligibility
Promotions and product features are only available to eligible customers who are aged 18 or over and located in a place where wagering with an Australian-licensed operator is lawful. We may exclude any customer who does not meet these requirements.
No inducements
We do not offer sign-up bonuses, deposit matches, refer-a-friend rewards or bonus bets, or any similar inducement to open an account or keep betting. Anything we describe is a standard betting product available to all eligible customers.
Availability
Any product feature may be changed, suspended or withdrawn where required by law, by regulation, for integrity reasons, or because of technical issues. We will not be liable for a feature being unavailable in these circumstances.
Fair use
We may restrict, limit or void activity that abuses a product feature. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple accounts, collusion, fraud, arbitrage against our pricing, and any other misuse of product features or pricing in bad faith.
State and territory restrictions
Promotional features may not be available in some Australian states or territories where local laws restrict gambling inducements. Where this applies, the feature will not be offered to customers in the affected location.
